Go to Warehouse -> Schedulers -> Procurements.


Procurements are automatically created when you convert quotation to sale order and when any reordering rules qualify during run schedulers. If you wish to manually perform a procurement, create a request for quotation then convert it into a purchase order.

CAUTION: You are strongly advised not to  a procurement.

When a quotation is converted to sale order upon , a procurement will be automatically created and the stage will be at . Until the sale order is completely fulfilled then the stage will move to .

When a reordering rule qualify during run schedulers, a procurement will be automatically created and the stage will be at either:

: a request for quotation has been created for the first supplier for the product  OR

: no request for quotation created because no supplier is defined for the product.

In the event of , go define at least 1 supplier for the product, then come back to this procurement and click on .

Therefore, only in the event no request for quotation was generated for product that has stock below reordering rule minimum quantity, check Procurements for .

Note: Only Simplicity Warehouse Manager has access rights to see and manage procurements.
