Printing IR8A forms for employees

Every March of the year, companies should issue a IR8A form to all their employees who needs to file for income tax with IRAS.

Go to Human Resources -> Payroll -> IR8A Forms, then click on the adjacent checkbox next to the employee that you want to print IR8A form for as illustrated in screenshot below.

After you selected the employees, click  then IR8A Form and a pdf file will be downloaded via your browser. You may disseminate the pdf to your employee.

Note: Only Simplicity HR Manager can print IR8A forms.
