There are several things you first need to set up to grant leave to an employee or a group of employees.
Assuming your employee will require access into the system to apply leave on their own, you need to ensure:
- a user account
- and employee record are being created per employee.
- Then submit allocation request as a manager for a single employee or a group fo employees.
- Then approve the allocation request you had just created to grant leave to employee(s).
After the allocation request is approved, employees can apply leave through the system.
