About Expense Categories

Before a employee can submit a expense claim, the HR manager needs to create expense categories for employees to choose when filling up the expense claim form. These expense category are just like products and can be set a default price. For example, all medical claims are $20 per claim, therefore you could set the Public Price at 20.00.
